Somatic Inquiry
A 1:1 virtual space for listening to symptoms as expressions of the psyche — an inquiry process to clarify the deeper communication your symptoms may be revealing in service of your healing. We explore the emotional, somatic, and symbolic threads woven through your experience, creating space for greater awareness, integration, and connection to your body's innate wisdom.
Birth Continuum
Heart-led, genuine, humorous, holistic care through the transformative passages of birth, life, grief, and death. What would it be like to walk these thresholds accompanied, nourished, and deeply supported? We’ll make space for the tenderness, mystery, and unfolding of these experiences, honoring the wisdom of the body and the sacredness of transformation.
Intuitive Bodywork
Sessions that create space for the body to unwind, integrate, and metabolize life experiences. Through intuitive touch, somatic listening, and presence, we invite the nervous system to soften, allowing what has been held within the body to be witnessed, tended, and transformed. Sessions take place in a cozy cabin on a 20 acre farm. Come for a session, stay for a nap and to enjoy the quiet.
