Woven Earth Traditions

Sessions can unfold in a nature setting, beneath the maple trees, within a cozy cabin. Or gently held in the comfort of your own home.

1:1 Sessions

Closing of the Bones

An in person traditional ceremonial practice offered after birth, loss, or major transition. Through gentle bodywork, wrapping, warmth, and presence; this session supports integration, containment, and deep rest. A soft landing for your spirit.

1:1 Embodied Inquiry

A virtual somatic inquiry session unwinding patterns carried in the body and lineage, exploring symptoms, supporting embodied mothering and revitalizing your feminine energy. This work may also support preconception exploration and postpartum integration.

Womb & Abdominal Softening

Gentle, hands-on, in person work to support organ vitality and embodied ease. This session invites softening, release, and reconnection with your core. Supporting transitions across menstruation, pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.

Integrative Intuitive Release

An in person, whole-body approach to health that supports strength, release, and circulation. This work blends craniosacral, somatic integration, and fascial and structural manipulation with a strong focus on central nervous system regulation.
